He has been a student-athlete, a rookie coach, an assistant coach, a head coach and a college athletic director. He has been around the best players and coaches in the game while serving as coach and executive in the NBA, and has studied what makes the best The Best.
He has also experienced what every team wants to achieve -- a championship. Now he's sharing what he has learned from The Best and inspiring athletes, teams and coaches around the world to become their best.
